What is processing fee?

A processing fee is charged when payment is made through credit card, debit card, Paypal or Skrill - Moneybookers. The fee is non-refundable.

Why customers have to pay payment fees for PayPal and Skrill - Moneybookers?

Throughout the years, we had invested substantially on expenditures and maintenance of online payment gateways to provide a wide selection of payment options to all of our users. As every payment made with PayPal or Skrill comes with a certain fee, payment fees are now applicable on PayPal and Skrill payment method to subsidize the costs of our payment systems.

How can i avoid paying payment fees?

We do offer POLI payment method for Australian. We believed most Australian gamers do have a bank account and internet banking that can pay using POLI without paying any fees, POLI payment method also process instantly so you don't have to worry about any business day delay by doing internet banking now.
